Peppery and bright, Ontario grown arugula is generally available year round. Expect hyrdoponic (Slegers Living Greens) in the winter months and field grown from around May through to November. Storage tip: remove roots, wash, dry and keep in a compostable bag in the fridge. Slegers living greens can just be put directly into the crisper. Actual product may differ from image.
