Raw or cooked, carrots can do anything! Include them in soups, stocks and braising liquids for their sweet flavour. Ontario grown are generally available from mid-summer until stored crops last (often through Feburary). Storage tip: keep in their bag in the fridge's crisper. Actual product may differ from image.
