Strawberry Jam
Ingredients: organic strawberries, organic golden sugar (organic dehyrdated cane juice), natural fruit pectin, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
Crofter's uses both Chilean and European strawberries. The use of Northern varieties including Hoods, Totems and especially the Senga Senganas guarantees a superior flavour and colour.
