Fair Trade, shade grown,organic coffee by Birds & Beans available for delivery from Front Door Organics in Toronto.
This decaf was commissioned from a blend of Peru Norte and Peru La Florida, both Bird Friendly® coffees. The La Florida offers a good clean cup while the Norte adds lovely maltiness and nuttiness. It is slightly tart with a pleasant finish.
