All About FDO's ethicalDeal!

T hank you for buying our ethicalDeal - $21 for one Custom Fresh Box™ delivery (value $42). We hope you love the deal!

If you are already an FDO customer or have used our service in the past, please call or email us to redeem your voucher. We'll need your name, voucher number, address and customer ID (if you know it).

New to Front Door Organics? Please fill out the form on the Redeem My EticalDeal page. One of our crew will email you by then end of the next business day, and provide you with your account details, ordering instructions and everything you need to know to about your delivery.

**Note: we'll begin processing vouchers from January 10, 2012.**

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • *Deliveries using ethicalDeal vouchers will be scheduled from January 16, 2012 onwards.

  • *You can make UNLIMITED substitutions to the Custom Fresh Box™ that you have purchased - we have 130+ certified organic fruits and vegetables to choose from!

  • *Instructions for customizing your box can be found here: How to Customize Your Fresh Box.

  • *Your box will be available online for customizing by 4pm the Friday before your delivery until your deadline. After you deadline has passed you won't be able to see or edit your order online.

  • *The cost of your Fresh Box™ in the online account will display as $42 but don't worry, you will not be charged anything by Front Door Organics unless you make additional purchases (in the Add-Ons tab) and such charges will be processed on the day of delivery.

  • *An invoice will be emailed to you the day before your delivery (or Monday morning for Monday customers) and the amount owing will be $0 unless additional purchases have been made. It will also confirm your finalized Custom Fresh Box™ contents reflecting any changes we may have made due to supply or quality issues.

  • *Your delivery will arrive between noon and 10pm on your designated delivery day. It will be packed in a cardboard box that we ask you reuse and recycle. Regular FDO customers will receive the box in the Rubbermaid container as usual.

  • *If you are not a regular FDO customer, after this delivery your account will be placed on hold and someone from FDO will contact you to see if you are interested in using our service regularly.

  • *If you purchase meat, a one-time non-refundable $2 charge will be added to your bill to cover the cost of the freezer bag that will be used to make the delivery.
