How to Customize your Fresh Box™. | First, log into your account by clicking on the My Account link in the top right corner of this website. Use the email address you have given us and your customer ID is your default password. If you don't know your customer ID check any previous emails from us, it is included in most emails we send you.
From the menu, select 'Shop/Check My Current Order'. In your Current Order page, you will see a current order date - make sure the delivery date you want to edit is selected. Note that there are two tabs in your order page: the Fresh Box tab and the Add Ons tab.
To switch between a Custom and Basic Fresh Box™, click the vertical arrow in the ‘Action’ column. Please note: The Basic box does NOT allow for substitutions.
To remove items from the Custom Fresh Box™, click the ‘X’ next to any items you wish to remove. To change the quantity of any item, update the number in the ‘Qty box’ and then click your mouse elsewhere on the page or press the tab key.  To fill up your Fresh Box™, use the drop-down menus at the bottom of the page. Select either ‘Fruits’ or ‘Vegetables’ from the category drop down, then select an item to view. To add it to your Fresh Box™, click, ‘Add item to Fresh Box’ in the item view box.
As you are customizing the box the amount remaining field tells you how much you have to ‘spend’. It will also tell you when your Fresh Box™ is “FULL”. If you try to add an item that is too expensive, the system will ask you if you would like to purchase that item as an ‘Add On’. Note: the value of the Fresh Box™ is $37.  When you have finished your substitutions and your Fresh Box™ is FULL you MUST go to the Add Ons tab by clicking one of the ‘next’ buttons (you can also click on the tab).
Even if you do not want to purchase anything else in addition to the Fresh Box™, you still have to visit the Add Ons tab to submit your order.
In the Add Ons tab you can purchase additional produce and any of our 500 organic grocery products using the drop down menus. To purchase additional items, use the drop down menus to select a category, then an item, then Click ‘Add Item to Order’.
When you are finished purchasing your Add Ons AND customizing your Fresh Box™, press ‘Submit’ and all of your changes will be updated.  Note: If you don’t click SUBMIT none of the changes to your order will be saved and you will receive the Basic Fresh Box™. You will receive a confirmation email within the next half an hour after clicking submit - please review it to be sure your order is correct. Your credit card will be charged on the day of delivery and you will receive a copy of your invoice the day before the delivery (or Monday morning for Monday customers) as well as in your Fresh Box™. All discounts and amounts owing will be clearly outlined on the invoice.
**IMPORTANT note** Your online Current Order balance will NOT reflect any promotional discounts. But don't worry! That amount will be on the invoice emailed to you the day before your delivery. |
