Winners of the 2010 Organic Council of Ontario Awards for Outstanding Direct To Consumer Operation
T he Organic Council of Ontario held their first annual awards night January 27, 2011 in Guelph, Ontario. The Organic Council of Ontario is a membership-based non-profit association representing the organic sector in Ontario at a provincial and national level. The Organic Council of Ontario represents all groups (including producers, processors, marketers, distributors, suppliers, certifiers, retailers, restaurants and others), providing leadership and supporting the continued growth of Ontario's organic sector. Front Door Organics has been solidly supporting Ontario's organic farmers since day 1 (we started delivering organic food to Toronto homes in 1997) and this peer-based recognition from the OCO is an extreme honour for us - an achievement that we proudly receive.
